Iris (Goo Goo Dolls) - Standard Tuning Tutorial & Chords
Dear Gold supporters,
This month's special is this great 90's classic.
My performance for this song is about to get to 1M views:
In that performance played it with the original tuning- DDDDDB, with is great and sounds good, but it's pretty hard to tune the guitar to this weird tuning, specially when you're jamming with friends and want to flow.
(You also have a tutorial for that DDDDDB tuning. It's in the video description).
So I thought why not teach this song in standard tuning | Capo 7?
I think it' sounds great, and easier to control it. Also you have the option to sing it lower by get a lower Capo, so very useful.
Chords are attached.
So grab a pick, and get on your way :)
